Before Monday, tents may be erected and merchandise unloaded and secured. Trailers and campers etc. can be positioned, but No One Should Stay On The Field Until Monday Night.
Tent flaps must be closed. If you have no tent, merchandise must be covered. Tents ropes and merchandise may not extend into the aisles. 12" steel spikes are available in the office for $2 if you need to further secure your tent.
WE OPEN FOR BUSINESS AT 6AM TUESDAY. Brimfield By-Laws prohibit pre-show selling. Vending Permits are $40 per show and must be on display in your booth.
A Mass Resale Tax Numbers is the vendor's responsibility. Go to WWW.MASS.GOV/DOR and choose SALES AND USE TAX FOR BUSINESS.
Entry to the field is by sticker displayed on the driver’s side front windshield. A Green Sticker means your vehicle will be parked in your space. An Orange Sticker is purchased and allows you to park in the lower Parking Field. The cost for the Orange Sticker is $25 for Cars, Vans, Pickups and Small Trailers or $50 for Trucks, Ext. Vans, Ext. Trucks, Dualies, Campers, Motor Homes or Large Trailers. Stickers are sold by the week only to Central Park Dealers.

Please be considerate of your neighbors in the use of any items that may disturb the peace on the field. NO GENERATORS ALLOWED. For emergency and safety, all roads and aisles must be kept clear at all times.
We recommend you have a fire extinguisher. Dealers with electricity are reminded that the power is for lighting and not for heating or air conditioning. We reserve the right to deny usage to anyone misusing the power or not having the proper extension cords which must be grounded for the GFI Outlets. Label your electric wires with your space number.
Please issue a “Pickup Slip” with your name and space number to customers who need to re-enter the field at any time to pick up merchandise from your space.
For the May show, a 50% deposit is required. Full payment for the July or September shows is required and payable at the time of reservation. To retain your space you must set up for the season with us. Reservations must be made prior to your departure.
A washing area and showers are available. Showers, using the honor system, are $3 payable to Pat. Hours are from 6 AM until 6 PM daily. Facilities are for Central Park Dealers only.
We take great pride in the operation and appearance of our show. We expect all Central Park dealers to keep their spaces neat and clean. The field was designed to drain. DO NOT dig up or disturb the ground surface of the field for any reason. Please leave your space the way you found it.
All dealers, vehicles and merchandise should be off the field by 8:00 PM Sunday night. Take all unsold merchandise with you.
